Membership options:
- Yearly – £365 with no joining fee + £2 per training session (free league matches included).
- Monthly – £32 per month + one initial joining fee of £25 + £2 per training session (free league matches included).

- Discounted access to group training sessions at all the club’s venues for £2 per session when booked online in advance.
- Unlimited free play in league matches*.
- Invitations to TTFC’s legendary social events, often with hefty discounts for members (TTFC coaches/reps/loyal PAYG customers are also invited).
- 10% off equipment, including blades and rubbers, at Tees Sport when ordering via the club.
Terms:
- The £2 member rate applies only to training sessions booked online before the booking deadline, which is usually two hours before the session start.
- You are strongly encouraged to book online in advance for each training session you attend. The £2 member rate applies only to advance online bookings and is non-refundable. This condition is in place to discourage no-shows and ensure accurate and capped attendance numbers for the limited tables we have. Attendance without booking is only permitted subject to availability and is charged at £15 for the session, payable by contactless card to the manager on duty.
- Before attending a session, we recommend you check our Events Calendar or contact your team captain / club manager to confirm the session is taking place.
- If you are consistently late to league matches you are due to play in, or repeatedly fail to attend training sessions you have booked online, the club reserves the right to suspend your membership without refund.
- The club cannot guarantee that all regular training sessions will run every week of the year, particularly during the Christmas period.
- * Re the Central London League, members accept that the team captain or club manager has the final say on which players are selected for each match.
- All players competing in the Central League must also purchase or renew a separate membership with Table Tennis England (TTE). This is a one-off annual charge of £25 which you pay directly to TTE.
- You may cancel your club membership at any time, but there are no refunds on membership fees or joining fees already paid, whether monthly or yearly. You lose all membership benefits as soon as you cancel. If you later wish to rejoin the monthly option, you will need to pay the £25 joining fee again. Should you cancel your membership but still wish to participate in training sessions, group coaching sessions and/or league matches, you may do so at our discretion by paying online in advance for sessions charged at our PAYG prices listed on our Events Calendar (currently set at £25 per session) and £25 per league match (whether home or away).
- Yearly memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
- TTFC reserves the right to revise membership fees and session prices from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect only after reasonable notice has been given.
- If paying yearly, your membership starts on the day you make payment and ends exactly one year (365 days) later.
