Membership options:
- Yearly – £365 with no joining fee + £4 per training session (league matches included at no additional charge).
- Monthly – £32 per month + one initial joining fee of £25 + £4 per training session (league matches included at no additional charge).

Terms:
- You are strongly encouraged to book online in advance for every training session you attend. The £4 member rate is non-refundable and applies only to sessions booked online before the booking deadline, usually 1.5 hours before the session starts. This helps discourage no-shows and ensures accurate attendance numbers within the limits of the tables available. Attendance without an advance booking is permitted only subject to availability and is charged at £17 for the session, payable by contactless card to the manager on duty.
- Before attending a session, we recommend you check our Events Calendar or contact your team captain / club manager to confirm the session is taking place.
- If you are consistently late to league matches you are due to play in, or repeatedly fail to attend training sessions you have booked online, the club reserves the right to review or suspend your membership.
- As part of the club’s session format, members are expected to take part in Top Table during the final 25 minutes or so of Open Play sessions they attend, where Top Table is being run. This is intended to encourage members of different levels to mix, give players opportunities to compete against stronger opposition, and maintain the wider club atmosphere. Members may be excused where there is a reasonable reason, such as injury, illness, coaching or organisational duties, or the need to leave the session early. Repeatedly declining to participate without reasonable cause may be taken into account when reviewing a player’s membership.
- The club cannot guarantee that all regular training sessions will run every week of the year, or that particular venues or session times will remain available, particularly during holiday periods such as Christmas.
- * Re the Central London League, members accept that the team captain or club manager has the final say on which players are selected for each match.
- All players competing in the Central League must also purchase or renew a separate membership with Table Tennis England (TTE). This is a one-off annual charge of £25 which you pay directly to TTE.
- You may cancel your club membership at any time. Membership fees and joining fees already paid are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. For monthly memberships, cancellation prevents any further monthly renewal and membership benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for. If you later wish to rejoin using the monthly option, the £25 joining fee will apply again. After your membership has ended, participation in training sessions, group coaching sessions and/or league matches may still be permitted at the club’s discretion at the applicable PAYG prices shown on our Events Calendar (currently £25 per training session and £25 per league match, whether home or away).
- For yearly memberships, cancellation prevents the next annual renewal. Your membership and its benefits will continue until the end of the annual membership period already paid for. Yearly memberships are non-transferable.
- TTFC reserves the right to revise membership fees and session prices from time to time. Any changes affecting an existing member will be communicated in advance and will take effect only after reasonable notice has been given.
- If paying yearly, your membership starts on the day you make payment and renews automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You will be notified in advance of each annual renewal and of the renewal price, including any increase that will apply.
