SINGLE SESSION BOOKING TERMS
Tickets booked in advance cannot be refunded or swapped for a future session unless the event is cancelled by Table Tennis Fight Club (“TTFC”).
In order to avoid overcrowding and to ensure the best experience for players who have booked, the number of tickets per session is currently limited to 14 at our King’s Cross venue, 12 at our Marylebone venue, and 6 at our London Bridge venue.
Online bookings close at a certain time, irrespective of whether a session is fully booked or not. The exact closing time is published on the session’s booking page.
Advance tickets may sell out before the online closing time.
A limited number of ‘walk-in’ tickets will be available for a higher price on the day of the session. Players can just turn up without warning and pay the fee in cash or, if our machine is available, by credit/debit card.
SOCIAL TOURNAMENT AT BOUNCE TERMS
All fighters should aim to arrive by 6.45pm for a 7pm start. Latecomers are not guaranteed to play.
Previous winners of the tournament only get £15 if they win again.
Payments for private coaching sessions are non-refundable unless the student cancels the session in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the session. Payment for gift vouchers are non-refundable. At the discretion of the club, if a coaching session from a gift voucher has been arranged, the time slot may be postponed to a future date up to the voucher expiry date, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given in writing.
MERCHANDISE STORE TERMS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you wish to return a product, provided you return the unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning your unwanted item(s) to us.
You must return any goods in their original condition. The goods must not be used or damaged – and in the original packaging. If your product is not in this condition, this will void your Return request.
You must first obtain authorisation to return an unwanted product. You can obtain such authorisation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
